Job DescriptionJob DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking to fill a Senior Treasury Analyst role for a well-established organization with operations across the United States. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cash management, treasury operations, financial reporting, and insurance program administration, along with a solid understanding of risk management and financial compliance. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in managing liquidity and financial risk in a growing, stable organization, along with strong visibility to senior finance leadership and opportunities for career advancement. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day treasury operations, including cash positioning, forecasting, and liquidity management Monitor and analyze cash flow trends to support short- and long-term financial planning Manage banking relationships, including account administration, fee negotiations, and implementation of electronic banking tools Evaluate and monitor investment activity; recommend strategies that balance risk and return Administer corporate insurance programs, including general liability, property, and other coverage areas Coordinate policy renewals and assess coverage adequacy to mitigate organizational risk Prepare financial reports related to treasury operations, including cash flow statements and investment reporting Support financial statement preparation, including disclosures related to treasury and insurance activities Identify and manage financial risks such as interest rate exposure, credit risk, and coverage gaps Oversee corporate credit card programs, including reconciliation, compliance, and expense tracking Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury, financial management, or insurance-related accounting Strong knowledge of cash management, investments, and financial risk mitigation practices Experience with financial reporting and regulatory compliance Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build financial models and perform analysis Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and present financial insights Professional certifications such as CPA or CTP are a plus
