What You'll Do:
Lead implementation & support of Cisco Unified Communications systems Provide 2nd & 3rd level technical support across classified and unclassified environments Manage VoIP/UC system upgrades, monitoring, and documentation Deliver real-time troubleshooting and trend analysis on mission-essential networks
What You'll Need:
5+ years as a Cisco Voice Engineer CUCM | Cisco Unity | UCCX Scripting | VoIP | Routing & Switching CCNP Collaboration + IAT II certification (required) Active Top Secret clearance | U.S. Citizenship required BA/BS degree
