The ideal candidate is energetic, works well under pressure, and enjoys creating a welcoming experience for guests. Morning availability and the ability to handle fast-paced shifts are highly valued. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system efficiently Serve food and beverages quickly while maintaining accuracy and cleanliness Refill drinks, check on guests regularly, and ensure a positive dining experience Handle cash and card transactions accurately Help maintain a clean and organized dining area, including bussing and resetting tables Assist with stocking supplies, carrying trays, lifting restaurant items, and supporting setup/cleanup duties Assist coworkers and kitchen staff during busy rushes to keep service running smoothly Accurately organize, package, and prepare high volumes of takeout and delivery orders while ensuring all items are complete and properly labeled Complete opening, side work, and closing duties as assigned Qualifications Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong communication and multitasking skills Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a positive attitude during busy shifts Must be able to stand for long periods and lift/carry up to 40-50 pounds as needed Comfortable working mornings, weekends, and holidays Basic food safety and sanitation knowledge preferred What We Offer Flexible scheduling Supportive and team-oriented work environment Consistent hours in a busy restaurant Opportunities for growth and long-term employment If you enjoy working with people and thrive in a busy breakfast restaurant environment, we'd love to meet you!
