The ideal candidate works well under pressure, communicates effectively with the team, and takes pride in preparing quality food in a clean and organized kitchen environment. Morning availability and weekend availability are highly preferred. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant recipes and standards Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before service Maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency during busy breakfast and lunch rushes Ensure all food is prepared safely and meets quality standards Keep kitchen stations clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout shifts Assist with food prep, cleaning, restocking, and closing duties Follow food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures at all times Work closely with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service Assist with receiving and organizing inventory deliveries as needed Qualifications Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong sense of urgency, teamwork, and communication Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to multitask and stay organized during high-volume shifts Must be able to stand for long periods and lift/carry up to 50 pounds Comfortable working early mornings, weekends, and holidays Knowledge of breakfast cooking and diner-style food is a plus What We Offer Flexible scheduling Supportive and team-oriented work environment Consistent hours in a busy restaurant Opportunities for growth and long-term employment If you enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen and take pride in delivering great food, we'd love to hear from you!
