We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to be part of this exciting new venture. Join our dynamic team as a Server and become a vital part of delivering exceptional dining experiences! Your expertise in food service, customer relations, and POS systems will help create memorable moments for our guests. Whether you're passionate about fine dining or enjoy lively nightclub atmospheres, this position offers a vibrant environment where your hospitality skills can shine. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring efficiency and accuracy Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and basic math calculations Assist with food handling, food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating and optimize service flow Support team members in maintaining a clean, organized workspace aligned with sanitation standards Experience Previous restaurant experience in food service or hospitality environments is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable is advantageous Experience working in fine dining settings or nightclubs is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy service hours Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Host/hostess or serving experience that highlights guest relations skills is beneficial Join us to deliver outstanding service in a lively setting where your energy makes a difference!
