Brookfield Country Club Brookfield Country Club is seeking enthusiastic, service-oriented professionals to join our team of Service staff. Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of the steps of service, a passion for providing exceptional member service, and a commitment to maintaining the high standards that Brookfield is known for. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating a memorable dining experience for our members and their guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Take food and beverage orders from members and guests with accuracy and efficiency. Enter orders into the Point of Sale (POS) system and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages. Follow the Brookfield Country Club steps of service to ensure excellent member satisfaction. Perform wine service, including offering recommendations, proper pouring techniques, and pairing suggestions. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dining areas, service stations, and equipment. Reset tables, clean service areas, and perform general cleaning tasks as part of side work duties. Provide expert knowledge of the menu, including food and wine offerings, and assist members with selections. Maintain a positive, professional attitude while interacting with members and colleagues. Ensure all service standards and protocols are followed, contributing to a smooth and seamless operation.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a country club or upscale dining environment Strong knowledge of food and wine Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude, professionalism, and a commitment to outstanding member service. Ability to lift and carry trays, work on your feet for extended periods, and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm. Prior country club serving experience highly encouraged, but not required.
