As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. Duties

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Deliver orders promptly and accurately
• Upsell menu items and beverages to increase revenue
• Provide exceptional guest service throughout the dining experience
• Handle cash and credit card transactions using our Toast POS systems
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Skills
• Strong Sales and Guest Services skills
• Proficiency in basic math for order accuracy and bill calculations
• Ability to upsell and promote menu items effectively
• Knowledge of culinary terms and food preparation techniques is a plus
• Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems preferred
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitize work areas according to food industry standards
