Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Assist with food preparation, food handling, and basic kitchen tasks when needed to support team operations Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating arrangements and manage guest flow effectively Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments Demonstrated knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Experience with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with server duties including serving, bussing, host/hostess responsibilities, and basic math skills for cash handling Culinary or kitchen experience is a plus for supporting food preparation tasks Join us if you're passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences!
