Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct entry Recommend menu items, upsell specials, and enhance guest satisfaction through personalized suggestions Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and foster positive guest relations to encourage repeat visits Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems and perform basic math calculations for billing purposes Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with upselling techniques to increase sales while enhancing guest satisfaction Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and bill splitting are essential Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences!
