Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Assist with food handling and preparation to support kitchen operations when needed Recommend menu items and upsell specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Manage table settings, bussing, and sanitation to maintain a clean and inviting environment Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties Use reservation systems like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements Ensure food safety standards are consistently met by adhering to sanitation and food handling protocols Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless guest services in both fine dining settings and lively nightclub atmospheres Support guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours Demonstrated ability in upselling, sales techniques, and guest services to enhance the dining experience Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation management tools is a plus Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling responsibilities Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Join us in creating memorable moments for our guests!
