Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service and hospitality, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional dining experience. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing an overall enjoyable atmosphere for our patrons. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using the point-of-sale system. Deliver food and beverages promptly to tables while ensuring presentation standards are met. Provide detailed information about menu items, including specials and dietary restrictions. Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately using the cash register. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest inquiries or concerns. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, floors, and service stations. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations within the food industry. Requirements Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred. Knowledge of fine dining etiquette is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with guests effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with cash handling and operating a cash register is desirable. A background in culinary or kitchen operations is beneficial but not mandatory. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
