Line Cook

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing delicious meals following our recipes and menu, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Follow recipes accurately and maintain food preparation processes
• Stock inventory appropriately
• Ensure a clean and sanitary kitchen area
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards Requirements
• Proven experience as a Line Cook or relevant position
• Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling)
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
