Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and personable Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service and customer relations, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing attentive service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. Your role is vital in creating a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and well cared for. Duties Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, offering recommendations and upselling where appropriate to enhance the dining experience. Take accurate orders ensuring all special requests are noted correctly. Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards. Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation regulations. Provide excellent guest services by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues professionally, and fostering positive guest relations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and coordinate service flow during busy periods. Support host/hostess responsibilities when needed, including seating guests and managing reservations effectively. Experience Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is essential, preferably within fine dining settings. Culinary experience or background in food handling enhances your ability to serve confidently in diverse settings. Strong skills in time management, multitasking, and prioritization to handle high-volume service periods efficiently. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food preparation techniques is required. Experience with guest services, upselling techniques, and customer relations is highly valued.
