Job Description:

IHOP is seeking a friendly and efficient Server to provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and present menus in a clear and concise manner. Accurately take food and beverage orders, including special requests and dietary restrictions. Deliver food and drinks to tables promptly and correctly. Regularly check on guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Clear tables efficiently and prepare them for the next guests. Process payments accurately and handle cash and credit card transactions. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service. Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations. Upsell menu items and daily specials to enhance the guest experience. Respond to guest inquiries and provide recommendations as needed.

Job Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
