Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing attentive service, ensuring food safety, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in the food industry and have a passion for guest relations, whether in fine dining or nightlife settings. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system. Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner, ensuring all items are presented beautifully. Maintain cleanliness of tables, including pre-bussing tables, service areas, and restrooms by adhering to sanitation standards. Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure guests leave with a positive impression of Elizabeth's Italian. Uphold food safety regulations by properly handling and storing food items. Experience Previous experience as a Server in the food industry is preferred; training will be provided. Familiarity with fine dining or vibe dining environments is a plus. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential. Strong guest service skills with an emphasis on building positive relationships with patrons. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
