Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and efficiency Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Assist with food handling, food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in accordance with food safety regulations Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering and processing payments accurately Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating arrangements and optimize guest flow Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse situations gracefully Experience in food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for all guests Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy hours while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food industry standards including basic math for cash handling and order accuracy Prior host/hostess or serving experience is a plus, along with culinary or kitchen experience that supports guest needs Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality!
