Job Summary We are an authentic Vietnamese restaurant seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable. Responsibilities Greet guests and escort them to their tables Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options Take accurate food and drink orders Ensure timely delivery of meals Prepare food items such as salad plates Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register and POS system Actively pre-bus and maintain cleanliness of dining areas / workstations Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional guest service Maintain compliance with safety and hygiene regulations Flexible working restaurant hours including weekends and/or holidays Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant server / waitress role preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude Strong work ethic Team player Ability to multitask between customers and orders Ability to problem solve Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices If you are passionate about providing exceptional service, have strong communication skills, and enjoy working in a dynamic team environment, we encourage you to apply for the position of Server.
