Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages. Provide recommendations based on guest preferences, enhancing their dining experience. Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a dining environment. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems. Knowledge of food handling practices and culinary terminology is a plus. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest services. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
