Job Overview We are breakfast and lunch seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences. We are open every day from 7 am to 2 pm, the job is for 8am to 2pm. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. This position requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff in a timely manner. Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring all orders are correct and presented well. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours. Skills Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple tables and orders simultaneously. Attention to detail for accurately taking orders and serving food. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash transactions. A positive attitude with a focus on providing outstanding customer service. 4 YEARS
