Server and Front of House Support

Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage wait lists. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff. Upsell menu items and specials confidently to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols. Assist with bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and resetting tables promptly to ensure a clean and welcoming environment. Support guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and providing exceptional customer service throughout their visit. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts or special events like catering events. Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including host/hostess roles or serving positions. Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast or similar platforms for order processing and cashiering. Strong knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods. Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Experience working in a team setting, great communicating skills.
