Full Job Description Description Summary:

Responsibilities:
What You'll Do Ensure all tables are clean and properly set while assisting the Food Runner as needed. Work closely and maintain excellent communication with servers; assist with table maintenance, clearing, marking, and beverage delivery. Anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality, always exhibiting professionalism and friendliness. Learn to operate the Host Stand. Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes, accurately answering any guest questions. Perform all cleaning, opening, and closing duties as assigned. Process all payment methods. Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional appearance. Perform other duties as assigned. What You'll Bring An outgoing and social personality. Excellent communication and listening skills. A passion for service with a positive, can-do attitude. A willingness to learn and grow into the server role. Ability to handle high volume and work well under pressure. A team-player mindset. Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods of time; availability to work long hours based on business needs.
