Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. 3+ years of experience in the restaurant industry and some wine knowledge required. Duties Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Micros POS system. Serve food and drinks promptly while adhering to food handling and sanitation standards. Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions regarding ingredients or preparation methods. Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, promptly addressing any needs or concerns. Assist with bussing tables as needed and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Follow all safety and sanitation policies to maintain a clean work environment. Experience 3+ years of experience as a server in a restaurant Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling regulations is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting. Must be able to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
