We are building a restaurant and bar experience centered around genuine hospitality, memorable guest experiences, and strong community relationships. Key Responsibilities Create a welcoming, memorable, and personalized guest experience Build relationships with guests that encourage repeat business and customer loyalty Provide knowledgeable recommendations on food, drinks, and specials Deliver attentive and efficient service while maintaining a positive attitude Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues professionally Contribute to a fun, energetic, and team-oriented atmosphere Support the growth of the business through hospitality, professionalism, and guest engagement Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas Work collaboratively with kitchen, bar, and management teams Assist with opening, closing, and daily operational responsibilities Uphold all food safety and responsible alcohol service standards Qualifications Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred Strong communication and people skills Positive attitude with a strong sense of hospitality Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Team player with initiative and reliability Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences Desire to help build and grow a successful restaurant business Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays Food Handler Permit and MAST Permit required What We're Looking For We are looking for team members who: Take pride in hospitality and guest experience Bring energy, personality, and professionalism to every shift Understand the importance of repeat customers and community reputation Want to grow with a new and expanding business Are willing to contribute beyond the basic responsibilities of serving tables
