Server

Overview:

We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a friendly, welcoming, & promptly manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding ingredients or dietary restrictions
• Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly and addressing any concerns or requests
• Process payments using cash register or POS system
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors
• Assist with food preparation as needed
• Adhere to sanitation guidelines to ensure food safety

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
• Familiarity with Touch Bistro is a plus!
• Knowledge of wine is preferred, but is not by any means required.
