Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation quality and proper food handling procedures Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth operations Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments with POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively during busy hours Familiarity with food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order calculations Experience with upselling techniques to enhance sales and guest satisfaction Previous host/hostess or serving experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced environment!
