Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation Assist with food handling, preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive experience Support opening and closing procedures including cash handling, cashiering, and POS transactions using systems like OpenTable Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to handle multiple tables efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with food industry tools including culinary knowledge, food preparation, and serving techniques Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts Valid hospitality or food service certifications are advantageous but not required Join us to be part of a vibrant team that values enthusiasm, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.
