Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special dietary needs are accommodated with care Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation Assist with food preparation, including setting up stations, portioning ingredients, and ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including bussing tables, cleaning surfaces, and ensuring proper sanitation practices are upheld Support the dietary department by helping with meal presentation, portion control, and adhering to dietary guidelines Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and customer satisfaction Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential Experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospitals, or other healthcare environments is a plus Familiarity with food production, cooking, or culinary tasks enhances your ability to serve effectively Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail Experience with meal preparation or dietary aide responsibilities is advantageous but not mandatory Join us to bring your passion for food service to life!
