Duties Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements, providing excellent guest relations from the start. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while managing basic math calculations. Clear tables efficiently by bussing and resetting for new guests, maintaining cleanliness standards throughout your shift. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations. Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, including culinary ingredients and food handling procedures, to answer guest questions confidently. Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence. Ability to multitask effectively with excellent time management in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy; sales experience is a plus.
