Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression. Provide excellent customer service by promptly attending to guests' needs and inquiries. Guide guests through the menu, making recommendations and answering questions about food and beverage options. Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them efficiently to the kitchen staff. Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to quality standards. Anticipate guest needs and proactively fulfill them to enhance their dining experience. Monitor and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their meal, promptly addressing any concerns or issues. Process guest payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and electronic transactions. Collaborate with the restaurant team to maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work environment. Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas, including table settings, condiments, and utensils. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards at all times. Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate efficiently with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. Stay updated on menu items, promotions, and special offers to provide accurate information to guests. Upsell and promote additional menu items, beverages, and desserts to maximize sales and enhance the guest experience. Contribute to a positive and vibrant atmosphere by maintaining a professional and upbeat attitude.

Qualifications:

Previous serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members. Exceptional customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure, prioritizing tasks to ensure timely service. Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in order taking and delivery. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
