Up Cellar is an upscale restaurant, wine bar and lounge featuring a seasonal, locally sourced menu, hand selected global wines, craft cocktails and an intimate rooftop patio. The goal of Up Cellar is to create an elevated dining experience in our small town setting. The culinary team is committed to sourcing as locally as possible, highlighting the very best purveyors and farms in the region. The dinner menu features dry-aged and American wagyu steak, seafood and select proteins from Indiana farms. Up Cellar features a thoughtfully curated wine menu with a selection of new world and old world wines. The by the glass wine offerings rotate frequently and the bottle list offers exceptional value. Our award-winning mixology team offers an innovative and inspiring selection of seasonal cocktails. Servers and Bartenders Up Cellar is an upscale restaurant, wine bar and lounge featuring a seasonal, locally sourced menu, hand selected global wines, craft cocktails, and an intimate rooftop patio. We are looking for experienced applicants for fine dining server positions, bartending experience is a plus. Individuals should be highly motivated with a passion for craft cocktails, wine, and beer. We expect great customer service. Must be available nights and weekends.

Essential Functions:

Open/close the front of house according to company policies with attention to all details and cleanliness to ensure an upscale experience for guest. Provide premium customer service to all guests with a focus on sharing in depth knowledge of all menu items. Undertake basic cleaning duties as assigned. Maintain excellent customer service and a positive guest demeanor at all times. Work in a timely manner under busy conditions.

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
