Server/Bartender Needed

We are looking for a skilled, high-energy professional to join our team on a regular schedule. This isn t just a "fill-in" gig. We are looking for someone who wants a home bar where they can run the floor with confidence and be part of a drama-free, high-output team.

What We Offer (The Good Stuff):

Consistent Income:

Earn a base wage plus $150 - $250+ in cash tips per shift.

Stable Scheduling:

No more guessing your hours. This is a regular position.

Growth & Leadership:

We cross-train our entire staff. After 60 days, you will be integrated into our supervisor rotation (typically 1 shift every 2 3 weeks), giving you a hand in the leadership and operations of the bar.

Keeping the environment spotless and ready for the next guest.

Second Speed:

The ability to instantly shift gears from a standard pace to an intense, high-output mode during sudden surges (NFL games, rushes, ect..) without losing your cool.

Who You Are:

An experienced professional with a current OLCC and Food Handlers card.

A master of multitasking who thrives in a fast-paced setting.

Reliable, punctual, and a team player who leaves the drama at the door.

Must be 21+.
