Server/Cashier

Join the team at Mila's Shawarma! We're looking for a reliable and high-energy Team Member to manage our counter service. This role is perfect for someone who loves a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the helpful, friendly face of our restaurant. You will be the main point of contact for our guests, ensuring they get an authentic and delicious experience from the moment they walk in.

Key Responsibilities Accepting Orders:

Warmly greet all customers, answer questions about the menu, and accurately take their orders using our POS system.

Bagging Orders:

Efficiently and carefully package all to-go and delivery orders, double-checking for accuracy and ensuring all items (sauces, utensils, etc.) are included.

Running Food:

Deliver freshly made, delicious shawarma and other dishes from the kitchen to customers dining in, ensuring a great presentation.

Wiping Tables:

Maintain a clean and welcoming dining area by promptly clearing and sanitizing tables, chairs, and condiment stations. Checking on

Customers:

Proactively check in with dining guests to ensure they are enjoying their meal, answer any questions, and assist with any additional needs. Other duties as assigned

Has a positive, welcoming, and "can-do" attitude. Is an excellent communicator and a true team player. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can multitask like a pro. Is reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work. Has a passion for great food and making customers happy. (Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required!)
