Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Process cash, credit card, and digital payments efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and basic math calculations Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Support food preparation, food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures to ensure quality standards are met Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and maintaining a clean dining environment in accordance with sanitation guidelines Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to manage guest seating efficiently and improve guest relations Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders in a fine dining or casual setting Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions about menu items, accommodating special requests, and managing guest relations professionally Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Experience in serving, cashiering, or host/hostess roles will be advantageous Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques is essential Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or transactions efficiently during busy hours Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment Basic math skills for cash handling and processing payments accurately Join us if you're passionate about providing outstanding guest experiences in a lively setting!
