Server/Host

This is a Server/host Position it is best for someone looking for part time work occasionally full time hours. Host make an average of 9-12 per hour depending on how busy it is. Servers average 15-30 dollars per hour depending on the season and days worked.

Duties:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
• Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus
• Take food and drink orders from guests and enter them into the POS system
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders to guests
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns
• Assist with bussing and resetting tables as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Aloha POS system is a plus
• Must be able to handle cash transactions accurately
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
