Key Schedule/Hours:
Flexible travel assignment (specific schedule to be discussed)
Qualifications:
Current certification as an Echo Technologist (RDCS, RCS, or equivalent) Demonstrable experience operating echocardiography equipment in a clinical setting Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy and pathology Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams BLS certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality echocardiographic procedures, including M-mode, 2D, Doppler, and color flow echo exams Prepare patients for imaging studies, ensuring comfort and safety Collaborate with physicians to acquire optimal diagnostic images Document findings clearly in electronic medical records and communicate results as appropriate Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment, adhering to infection control and safety standards Provide guidance and support to colleagues as needed
