Job Description

Pizza Bank is a family owned restaurant that has served the Kirkland community for over 40 years. We are nestled in the Kingsgate area, and we're seeking a server to join our team. One to two times a week you may be asked to shift supervise. Responsibilities are listed below. Position averages 25-30 hours a weekCompensationPosition starts at $20. Tips plus hourly wage averages $30-35/hour.
Server Responsibilities:
Provide attentive and personalized service throughout the dining experiencePrepare and deliver checks, process payments, and handle cash transactionsMaintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and server stationCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient serviceWarmly greets and acknowledges guests upon arrival.

Effectively merchandises food and beverage menus in an informative, friendly and enthusiastic manner.

Accurately takes guest orders.

Follows all safety and sanitation policies.

Performs additional responsibilities as requested by the Person in Charge at any timeShift supervising Responsibilities1-2 shifts a week shift supervising.
Responsibilities include:
Assigning side work and tasks to FOH employees Running end of night reports and balancing tillHandle and resolve any customer issues or complaints Ensure all closing or opening duties are completed
Requirements:
Obtain and maintain a current food handler permit & MAST Class 12Open availability. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitudeStrong attention to detail and ability to multitaskWillingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and standardsMust be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
