Server/Waiter

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to members and guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring attention to detail and accommodating special requests. Deliver food and beverages promptly and courteously, adhering to service standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining areas, server stations, and back-of-house areas. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Upsell menu items and promote club events and offerings to enhance the guest experience. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely.

Requirements:

Previous serving experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
