Server/Waiter

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a vibrant nightclub environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Duties Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using Aloha POS or similar systems. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner while ensuring proper sanitation standards are met. Assist with food preparation as needed, including bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accuracy in cash handling procedures. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Requirements Previous experience in a server or customer service role is preferred, particularly in a nightclub or hospitality setting. Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and sanitation practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is advantageous but not required.
