In sunny South Carolina, we enjoy longer riding seasons with so many riding destinations between the eastern shores of the coast to the rolling hills of the northern mountains and everything in between! We are seeking an experienced Harley-Davidson Service Sales Associate (Service Writer/Advisor) for our Columbia, SC dealership or someone with Service Advisor experience and the ability to learn the Harley-Davidson way. This position greets our customers into our Service department. Good listening skills are a must.

Requirements:

2 or more years experience preferred. Must be able to conduct a walk-around with the customer to identify any potential service needs. Good communication skills and customer service skills are a must as well. Must be computer literate. Experience with TalonES is preferred but the ability to learn will be taken into consideration. Must have a motorcycle endorsement on your driver's license.
