Service Advisor

Summary:

Welcome to 802 Subaru, one of Vermont's largest and most respected dealerships! We are currently seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor plays a key role in maximizing Service Department performance while maintaining our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Depending on experience and performance, this position offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $100,000 per year .

Paid Training Employee Discounts Responsibilities:

Greets customer and obtains customer and vehicle information and mileage Determines general nature of repairs needed and writes a clear description of customer needs on the repair order Points out other noticed repairs or maintenance for which the customer has a need Provides customer with estimated repair costs and anticipated time of completion Sends repair order to be dispatched and maintains contact with technicians throughout the workday Calculates estimates on technician found repairs and notifies customer of these needs Notifies customer when repairs are completed At pick-up, reviews work performed and multi-point inspection results Answer phones, collect customer info and make appointments Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:
