Service Advisor

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, listening to their concerns, and addressing their needs
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to accurately estimate repair costs and provide quotes to customers
• Coordinate automotive repairs with technicians and ensure timely completion
• Upsell additional services and products to customers based on their vehicle needs
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, repairs, and service history

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures
• Sales skills to effectively communicate with customers and upsell additional services
• Ability to estimate repair costs accurately based on mechanical knowledge and industry standards
• Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customers
