You'll help guide customers through the service process, communicate with technicians, keep customers informed, and help create a professional and positive experience from start to finish.Responsibilities Include:
Greeting customers and identifying service needs Scheduling appointments and preparing estimates Communicating repair recommendations clearly and professionally Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process Working closely with technicians and parts staff Managing customer concerns with professionalism and urgency Maintaining accurate repair orders and documentation Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and supporting dealership CSI goals Supporting customer satisfaction and dealership service goals What We're Looking For Previous automotive or customer service experience preferred Automotive experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate with strong customer service skills and a positive attitude Strong communication and people skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Organized, dependable, and motivated Positive attitude and team-player mentality Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Basic computer proficiency Build Your Career With Us This is more than just a Service Advisor position — it's an opportunity to join a growing dealership and build a long-term career with a company that values its employees.
