Service Advisor/Writer

Kubota of Middlefield Farm & Garden is a family owned, Kubota Agricultural and Construction Equipment Dealership in Middlefield , OH. Our company prides itself in delivering superior customer service and taking care of our employees. We are currently looking for a service advisor/writer for our dealership. This is a position within our company that we have developed a need for due to our recent growth. We are looking for someone with mechanical knowledge, agricultural preferred, and extremely strong communication skills, as well as someone with strong organizational skills, efficient computer skills and the ability to multi-task. Responsibilities Answer customer service questions in person and by phone Open and close work orders with accurate information, parts and labor Process warranty claims using various warranty sites Maintain service department files and records Assist with scheduling service transportation and jobs Create accurate, detailed invoices based on repairs performed Maintain a full understanding of Manufacturer's warranty and policies Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Must have strong computer skills Maintain a safe work environment Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate customer needs on to work orders for the technician to complete the work.
• Basic knowledge of computer programs including word processing and database tools (word, excel a plus)
• Organizational skills including the ability to schedule pick and delivery appointments, meet with customers.
• Exceptional customer service skills based on experience
• To be considered for this position you must be able to work Monday thru Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Starting at 17.00+ / hour, depending on experience
