Service and Parts Advisor

Job Summary Mountain Side Powersports of Wilton has an immediate opening for a Service and Parts advisor. This dealership sells and services and provides parts and accessories for Skidoo snowmobiles, Can-am Atv and Side X Sides, Kawasaki motorcycle and ATV's, CF Moto ATV and Side x Sides and Kayo. The selected person will act as a liaison between the Customer and technical staff ensuring proper repair of units, provide description of repairs and billing. Duties Greet customers warmly and identify their vehicle service or parts needs with enthusiasm and professionalism Explain service procedures, estimates, and repair options clearly and transparently Upsell additional services or parts that enhance vehicle performance and safety while maintaining integrity Manage service writing, including documenting customer requests, technician notes, and repair details accurately Handle cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate records Coordinate with the parts department to ensure timely availability of parts needed for repairs or maintenance Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency Skills Organization Follow up skills Proper phone etiquette Ability to learn dealer management software Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients Skilled in upselling services and parts ethically to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership profitability Strong cash handling skills combined with attention to detail in record-keeping Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
