We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Parts and Service Advisor to join our team.Job Description:
The Parts and Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact for customers with service and parts inquiries. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.Key Responsibilities:
Working alongside the service management team. Provide exceptional customer service, acting as the main liaison for all marine service and parts inquiries. Coordinate and schedule service appointments efficiently to maximize workflow. Work with service technicians by providing detailed repair orders. Source and provide necessary parts and accessories to technicians to ensure timely completion of service projects. Assist in the movement of boats and related equipment as needed. Assist with boat and parts deliveries. Usage of tractor with forklift. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure new and used boats are ready for new customers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date service records and documentation. Handle customer concerns and inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Support inventory management by accurately billing and tagging parts for service or outside customers. Perform other duties as assigned to support the dealership's operations.Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service atmosphere. Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic knowledge of marine parts and services is a plus. Proficient in using computer systems for scheduling, inventory management, and record-keeping. Valid driver's license and the ability to assist with boat movement when necessary.Job Type:
