Service Assistant/Cashier

Overview We are seeking a customer service oriented team player to assist on our service drive. Our team is close-knit, hardworking and supportive. A good candidate for this role will be focused on the speed and quality of their work, with a strong background in customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to dip their toe into the automotive field, or train to become a Service Advisor. Responsibilities Assist in checking in/cashing out customers Scheduling customers for service appointments Call/speak with customers about vehicle updates Maintain accurate and compliant notes regarding vehicle visits on repair orders Assist with record keeping Maintain a clean and safe work area, observe OSHA and company requirements while in shop area Behave professionally and respectfully with coworkers and customers alike You may occasionally be asked to: Operate our shuttle vehicle if needed Rinse/light wash of customer vehicles Assist with snow clearing Assist with moving both customer and fleet vehicles for lot maintenance or arrangement Help fill in for an advisor who is out of office Submit claims for insurance or extended warranty for authorization or payment Requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills Willing to learn and grow by proactively approaching training and feedback from managers At least 18 years of age Valid drivers license with favorable motor vehicle record Authorized to work in the United States Preferred 1+ years of experience in customer service, cashiering, or both. Familiarity with CRM programs Familiarity with dealership operations/general automotive knowledge Multi-lingual in French and/or Spanish Who We Are Ecodrive Auto Group, formerly Berlin City Auto Group, was recently acquired by Dunhill Group LTD. Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
