General Description For our restaurants that do not have Guest bar areas, the Service Bartender is critical to the operation of the restaurant and the satisfaction of our guests. Our restaurants are well known for providing guests with exceptional cocktails, wines and beers. The Service Bartender prepares guest drink orders for the servers to deliver, ensuring each beverage is prepared at the highest quality and in a timely fashion. Work Duties Prepare guest drink orders quickly and efficiently Be able to prepare drinks accurately and according to the recipe Receive and properly store all liquor, beer and wine orders Work with managers to ensure proper par levels of all bar items are maintained Maintain the bar area in a clean and organized condition Perform all opening and closing duties Display proper food safety procedures at all times Follow all necessary laws and processes for the safe service of alcohol Work closely with all other team members and display good teamwork Follow the Disney 5-Keys Basics, Service Basics and Company Guidelines at all times All other tasks as assigned
