Service Center Director

Seeking a qualified Bi-lingual person to lead our office team in our Fort Myers service center.

Responsibilities include:

greeting customers and answering phones, preparing quotes, purchasing parts and supplies for jobs/shop, assigning jobs to technicians and following them through the completion process, working side by side with shop foreman to ensure jobs are completed to the customer's satisfaction with quality workmanship, working daily with accounting office to ensure all purchases are accounted for and documented properly and that all job documents are complete before closing job, receiving payments and completing daily reconciliation of cash drawer. Knowledge of basic office equipment, multi-line phone system and basic automotive repairs/parts is required. Hours are Monday - Friday 8 am to 5:00 pm, paid holidays after 6 months and Vacation after a year. Only serious inquiries please!

$41,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
