This full-time Pump Workshop Service Technician role with XYLEM in Adelaide is an exciting opportunity to join a leading provider of water solutions. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of a range of water and wastewater equipment . What you'll be doing: Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and environmental regulations Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on pumps and other water and wastewater equipment Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to identify and resolve problems Occasionally work with Senior Service Technicians for on-site repair and service as and when needed Accurately document all maintenance and repair activities Collaborate with the wider team to support the smooth operation of the business What we're looking for: Commitment to safety and compliance with all relevant regulations Proven mechanical aptitude and ideally you will possess relevant trade qualification as a Fitter or other relevant trade qualifications Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills to quickly identify and resolve equipment issues Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders A valid driver's licence
