Responsibilities:

Engage with and assist customers with their requests. Direct phone calls as needed to sales and service departments. Receive payments by check, credit card, debit cards, or gift cards. Efficiently operate computer system to process payments. Maintain correct balances on all transactions. Issue receipts and refunds due to customers. Performs other related duties as assigned.
